The house comes with a separate entrance, designated covered parking, a separate private garden for renter’s sole use, and shared laundry facilities. The bedroom and living room/kitchenette (both air conditioned) share a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis requiring an additional pet deposit. Not an easy walk to Uvita town, therefore a 4×4 or access to taxi service is necessary. This rental is perfect if you enjoy nature, peace and quiet, with s short drive to restaurants and the beach.
