Today we take an aerial journey over the beautiful Rio Uvita in Southern Costa Rica. Where the River meet the Pacific Ocean and salt water and fresh water meet, you will find a unique and diversified wetland rich with wildlife and nature. Only minutes from the sometimes bustling town center of Uvita, this estuary is a haven to countless birds, monkeys and even the occasional crocodile.
This is an area less traveled by tourist and more known for its fishing for the locals who reel in small fish for their families here.
