I am leaving Costa Rica to go back to the USA, but don’t worry , it is just a short trip. I seem to spend more time in the airport than in the United States on this trip, but that is because of the long overnight layovers. Running on no sleep and dealing with 8 hour layovers is part of the journey, but I also get good news in the form of an upgrade to first class, maybe they follow the Costa Rica Story YouTube channel. lol. I spend time visiting friends and family and take a walk through my old neighborhood. We take a look at the house that I grew up in and compare life in my small upstate village to living in Uvita, Costa Rica.

There is something called reverse culture shock and at this point I am not sure if I feel that in the USA or Costa Rica at this point. Pura Vida!
