I suffer from Insomnia so I decided to make this video featuring 8 hours of rain. Here in Costa Rica it usually rains a lot, but for the nights it does not rain I have created this 8 hours of jungle rain video and decided to share it for others who also struggle wing getting to sleep. This is 8 hours of the peaceful sound of rain at night in Uvita Costa Rica was created to help you get to sleep or just to have in the background to help you relax. I find it very soothing and a help in meditation The soothing sounds of rainfall in the jungle are very helpful when trying to get to sleep. When dealing with insomnia, the rain sounds always help me get to sleep.
